	Prices include a full English breakfast. All rooms have their own private bathroom. Please advise time of dinner reservation when booking to guarantee a table as the restaurant may be very busy. Single rate only available Sunday - Thursday. Minimum 2-night stay at the weekend. 72 hours notice must be given to management for cancellations. No smoking or dogs in the bedrooms please.
