Traditional roast turkey and stuffed leg with all the trimmings

Poached lemon sole fillets with duxelle, brown shrimps and saffron beurre blanc

Partridge chartreuse with wild mushrooms and Madeira

Duck leg confit with chorizo pancake, red cabbage, ginger, lime and sultanas

Celeriac soufflé with Swiss chard and parmesan gratin

Bibury lamb shank with butterbean and tomato cassoulet, cashew nut pesto

Maple syrup parfait with caramelised walnuts

We always try to use as much free-range, organic and local produce as possible – our Aberdeen Angus Beef is from Fifield (hung for 28 days), our pork is tamworth and from paddock farm, Game is from Adlestrop kitchen and smoked meats are from Upton Smokery, Burford and our fish is delivered daily fromCornwall, Looe and Brixham. Our cheese is supplied by Fromage to age.

Service is not included, however, for tables of 8 or more there will be a discretionary 10% service charge
