The well-being of our guests, teams, families and friends is very important to us.
Our Covid-19 Policy lists measures we have implemented to meet expectations for safety and well-being for everyone in these challenging times.
You must wear a face mask or face covering throughout all internal areas of the pub when you are not seated.
We ask everyone who visits the pub to sanitise their hands as they enter and as regularly as possible thereafter. We sanitise tables, chairs & credit card machines after every party departs the building.
We are following the 1m+ rule throughout the premises. Our tables and furniture have been spaced accordingly. Additionally we have introduced floor markings that assist guests to navigate through the pub.
Every guest must supply their contact details. If you are staying with us, have booked a table via our website or by telephone, we already have a record of your details.
A member of the team will take your order at your table. Please do not stand at the bar.
Please scan our menu QR codes on each table with your smart phone to view the daily menu where possible. All paper menus are single-use and are thrown away after use into our recycling bin to guarantee 100% safety.
ENHANCED CLEANING THROUGHOUT
All general surfaces and elements that are in contact with guests and staff are cleaned and disinfected continually throughout the working day.
There is enhanced bedroom cleaning. We ask room guests to check out no later than 10.30am and check-in not before 4pm to give us an extra one and a half hours for our deep clean process. For a detailed overview of our cleaning procedures please visit HERE.
Where possible staff work in rota groups and we are limiting staff travel between The Swan Inn and The King’s Head Inn.
Please be reminded our closing time is 10pm promptly every evening.
